反应气氛法研制高纯低吸收氯化钾

反应气氛法(RAP)的目的是去除氯化钾中10.6μm处具有高吸收截面的多原子分子/离子杂质。采用锆铝合金吸气剂纯化载气(氩)是必要的。RAP KCl已被分析,其中SO42-、MnO_~-的含量分别为30ppb和<130ppb。利用10.6μm激光卡计测量RAP KCl的光吸收得到β10.6μm≈4.2×10-4cm-1

Abstract:

The aim of reactive atmosphere process(RAP)is to eliminate the polyatomic molecular/ion impurities with high absorption cross section, at 10.6μm in KCl. It is necessary to purify the carrier(argon)by Zr-Al alloy absorbent. RAP KC1 has been analysed in which the contents of SO42+ and MnO4~- are 30ppb and <130ppb respectively. The optical absorption of RAP KCl measured by a 10.6μm laser calorimeter, is β10.6μm≈4.2×10-4cm-1.
