以胶东调水工程为例分析混凝土快速破坏机理

摘要:

以山东胶东调水工程为例,系统研究了混凝土快速破坏机理。通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射和Raman谱分析研究了破坏混凝土水泥基体和析出物的矿物成分,并分析混凝土在实际工程环境中可能发生的化学反应和物理反应。结果表明:普通混凝土在河水和弱硫酸盐环境中也能发生非常迅速的侵蚀反应,在一个冬季内,混凝土强度便完全丧失;混凝土的快速破坏是混凝土在低温情况下,遭受硫酸盐和碳酸盐共同侵蚀的结果,白色析出物主要是硅灰石膏、钙矾石、方解石、石膏等物质。

Abstract:

Quick failure mechanism of concrete due to sulfate attack at low value in soft water in Jiaodong diversion water project was studied.The microstructure of concrete and mineral components of separated material were investigated by scanning electron microscope-energy dispersion X-ray analysis,X-ray diffraction,and Raman spectra.The chemical action and physical action were analyzed in the engineering situation.The results show that concrete can fail quickly due to sulfate attack at low value in soft water.The strength of concrete reduced to zero during one winter.The white mushy mixture consisting of thaumasite,ettringite,gypsum,and calcite appears in the residual concerete due to long-time exposure to SO42-and CO32-in ground water at low temperature.
