利用高温固相反应法制备A2W3O12(A:Al,Sc,Y,下同)负热膨胀材料,利用X射线衍射仪测定材料的晶体结构、晶胞参数及晶胞体积,结果表明:随A3+半径增大,A2W3O12的晶胞参数和晶胞体积增大。热膨胀系数测试结果表明:A2W3O12具有良好的负热膨胀性能,热膨胀系数绝对值随A3+半径增大而增大。以Sc2W3O12为复合相制备Si基Si/Sc2W3O12复合材料,Sc2W3O12的加入可有效降低复合材料热膨胀系数的绝对值。
Abstract:A2W3O12(A:Al,Sc,Y,the same below) negative thermal expansion materials were prepared by the solid state method at high temperature.The crystal structure,cell parameters and cell volume were characterized using X-ray diffractometer.Results show that the cell parameters and cell volume increase with the increase of radii of the A3+.Results by thermal expansion coefficient test indicate that all of the A2W3O12 compounds obtained exhibit a superior negative thermal expansion property.The thermal expansion coefficient increases with the increase of the radii of the A3+.The thermal expansion coefficient of the Si/Sc2W3O12 composite could be efficiently decreased in Si-based composite by the addition of the Sc2W3O12.
