以大自然废弃物黄河泥沙为主要原料成功地调制了适合于注浆成型的陶瓷泥浆。黄河泥沙的添加质量(下同)高达60%,试验了多种类型的解凝剂对泥浆进行解凝。用激光粒度仪和Engler黏度计、扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射仪等对泥浆及原料的性能和结构进行分析和测定。结果表明:采用0.4%纯碱和0.4%水玻璃复合解凝泥浆,当泥浆含水率为39%时,泥浆流动性为21.26 s,厚化度为1.48。采用0.6%PC67(Zschimmer & Schwarz,Germany)和0.45%纯碱的新型复合解凝剂对泥浆解凝,泥浆含水率为35.5%时,泥浆流动性为24.56 s,厚化度为1.45。结果表明:该泥浆性能稳定且成本低廉,已成功应用于制造陶瓷酒瓶。
Abstract:Ceramic slurry mainly containing the Yellow River silt,a natural waste,was successful prepared for the slip casting use,which were more than 60%(in mass,the same below) of silt.Various deflocculants were studied to deflocculate the slurry.The per-formance and microstructure of the slurry and raw materials were tested by laser particle analysis,Engler viscometry,scanning elec-tron microscope,and X-ray diffraction.The results show that when 0.4% of calcined soda and 0.4% of sodium silicate were used to deflocculate the slurry with a water ratio of 39%,the fluidity of the slip was 21.26 s and the thickening degree was 1.48.When 0.6% of PC67(Zschimmer & Schwarz,Germany) and 0.45% of calcined soda were used to deflocculate the slurry with a water ratio of 35.5%,the fluidity of the slip was 24.56 s and the thickening degree of the slip was 1.45.The results indicate that the slurry took on a good stability and low cost,and it has already been applied in the manufacturing of ceramic wine bottles.
