二甲酸钾在A型沸石分子筛中的缓释行为

摘要:

将天然红辉沸石进行酸化处理制备沸石分子筛前驱体,于90~100℃晶化6h,无需模板剂制备出结构完整的A型沸石分子筛。将二甲酸钾负载在A型沸石分子筛中,得到沸石抗菌剂。考察了二甲酸钾溶液的初始浓度、pH值,反应时间和温度对二甲酸钾在A型沸石分子筛中的缓释行为的影响。结果表明:A型沸石分子筛与初始质量浓度为40 mg/mL的二甲酸钾在常温体系下进行吸附反应,反应时间3 h,pH值6条件下,A型沸石分子筛吸附二甲酸钾饱和量为302mg/g;Fourier变换红外光谱中出现部分羧酸和羟基吸收峰,在695.78、763.07、1349和1383cm–1处出现振动峰,证实存在缔合过程;制备的沸石抗菌剂的部分抗菌期达到2~3d,具有缓释效应;吸附过程符合Freundlich等温方程。

Abstract:

Stellrite was firstly modified with hydrochloric acid as a precursor,and then the structural integrity of zeolite A was crystallized at 90–100 ℃ for 6 h.The bacteriostatic material was prepared by loading potassium diformate on to zeolite A.The effects of concentrations and pH values of potassium diformate solution,reaction durations,temperatures on releasing behaviors of potassium diformate on zeolite A.In the preparation of zeolite antibacterial,zeolite A reacts with potassium diformate of 40 mg/mL at pH 6 for 3 h.The saturation capacity is 302 mg/g.The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results indicate that there are carboxylic,hydroxyl groups and the vibration bands at 695.78,763.07,1 349 and 1 383 cm–1.Zeolite antibacterial has a bacteriostatic effect,and the antibacterial period with the slowly releasing effect is 2–3 d.The adsorption processes follow the Freundlich isothermal equation.
