本文采用了导热量热法、TGA、DSC、DTA、SEM-EDXA、氦比重法以及压汞测孔法研究了掺硅灰之后,水泥石微结构的变化。发现了其孔结构的特征并阐明了造成这种特征的原因。利用所提出的孔结构模型可以解释掺硅灰水泥石、砂浆和混凝土的许多力学性能以及耐久性得以提高的原因。
Abstract:Conductive calorimetry, TGA, DSC, DTA, SEM-EDXA, helium comparasion pycnomerry and mercury intrusion porosimetry were used to study the micro-structural changes of hardened cement pastes when cement was blended with silica fume.In the cement pastes containing silica fume, at first, the hydration is accelerated by nucleation effect. Ca(OH)2 forms very quickly and reactswith silica fume producing less crystalline, more amorphous and denser C-S-H of Iow C/S ratio which forms an impermeable structure with less or no Ca(OH)2. This makes the interface between unhydrated cement grains and C-S-H so dense and homogeneous that capillary pores or large pores are not connected through the coarse path between the unhydrated cement grains and Ca(OH)2 or Ca(OH)2 itselfs as it occurs in the neat cement paste, so the pore systems become much less continuous causing a large amount of "trapped" pores to be forraed which are difficult to be conneted with external pores.Using the proposed pore structure model, the improvement of mechanical properties and durability in hardened cement paste, mortar and concrete blended with silica fume can be explained.
