用无压烧结法制得了AlN含量少的SiCAlN固溶体。用X射线衍射法(XRD)和固体魔角旋转核磁共振实验(MASNMR)对固溶体进行了研究。确定了生成单相固溶体的AlN最低质量含量为5%~7%。对实验结果进行了讨论。
Abstract:SiCAlN solid solutions with small AlN contents were produced by pressureless sintering method.The smallest AlN content in single phase solid solution formation is 5%~7%(in mass) AlN,determined by X ray diffaction (XRD) and solid state high resolution 29 Si MAS NMR with Si atom as a probe of the structure.The results are discussed in the paper.
