从结构设计的角度出发研究了层状复合Si3N4陶瓷材料。利用轧膜工艺使层内的晶粒、晶须产生定向增韧,通过调整外部层状复合结构得到材料的两级增韧效果,并实验制备了高韧性层状复合Si3N4基陶瓷材料。主层内加入一定量的SiC晶须,层状氮化硅陶瓷的断裂韧性可达到20.11MPa·m1/2。
Abstract:A new design and preparation method for silicon nitride ceramic composite with laminated structure were studied.Oriented growth of grains or oriented distribution of SiC whiskers in the sheets is controlled by using compacting rolling method.By adjusting the interlayers of weak bonding between Si 3N 4 layers,the fracture toughness of the laminated ceramics reaches up to 20 11MPa·m 1/2 for system with main layer SiC w/Si 3N 4 and BNAl 2O 3 interlayers.
