离子种类及浓度对土工合成黏土垫用膨润土保水性能的影响

摘要:

对4种膨润土样品在纯水及Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+等盐溶液中的滤失量及其离子交换容量进行了研究,并对盐溶液浸泡后的样品进行了形貌和结构分析。结果表明:Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+等对膨润土的滤失量均有显著影响,其中以Mg2+的影响最为显著;随着水溶液中阳离子浓度的增大,膨润土的滤失量不断增加;经过Mg2+,Ca2+溶液浸泡后,膨润土所含蒙脱石的种类由钠基蒙脱石变为钙基或镁基蒙脱石;膨润土经盐水浸泡后双电层厚度变小,保水性能变差;颗粒间出现了离析现象,盐浓度越高离析越严重。

Abstract:

The filter loss of four kinds of bentonite samples in pure-water and aqueous solution with Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+ was investigated.The ion-exchange properties of raw materials,the morphology and structure analysis of the samples soaked in the salt solution were investigated.The results show that Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+ have a significant effect on the filter loss of bentonite,and the effect of Mg2+ is the most remarkable.The filter loss of bentonite increases with increasing the cation concentrations in the aqueous solution.After the samples are soaked in divalent Mg2+,Ca2+ solution for several days,the type of montmorillonite transfers from Na-montmorillonite into eithor Ca-montmorillonite or Mg-montmorillonite.The double-layer thickness of the bentonite decreases after being soaked in the salt solution and the water-retention capacity becomes worse.The higher concentrations of cations in the aqueous solution,the more segregation appears between the particles.
