通过测试不同配合比轻骨料混凝土的早期自收缩与长期干缩行为,研究轻骨料性能对混凝土自养护减缩效率的影响。结果表明:陶粒的预湿程度与释水能力对于混凝土自养护减缩效率的影响显著;随着预湿程度的增加早期自收缩减小,自养护减缩效率提高;饱和预湿的宾县页岩陶粒自养护减缩效率为39.1%,陶砂影响规律与其相似,但效率更高。实验中采用130kg/m3掺量的饱和预湿陶砂,自养护减缩效率可达95.6%。
Abstract:The autogenous shrinkage at early age and drying shrinkage of lightweight aggregate concrete with different mix proportions were measured,and the influence of lightweight aggregate in concrete on the shrinkage reduction efficiency due to internal curing was studied.The results indicate that the absorption-desorption rate and the degree of pre-wetting of ceramsite have a significant impact on the shrinkage reduction efficiency of concrete.With the increase of pre-wetting of ceramsite,the autogenous shrinkage of high performance lightweight concrete decreases,and the shrinkage reduction efficiency improves;it is about 39.1% for the saturated Binxian ceramsite.The ceramsite sand has a similar effect;it has greater shrinkage reduction efficiency,which reached 95.6% for the saturated ceramsite sand at the dosage of 130 kg/m3.
