重金属氧化物对Er3+掺杂锗碲酸盐玻璃荧光性能的影响

摘要:

在980nm激光二极管的抽运下,对稀土Er3+掺杂锗碲玻璃的荧光性能进行了研究。结果表明:当Bi2O3取代PbO后,玻璃的最大吸收截面和最大发射截面保持不变,而1.53μm荧光带宽略微增大。玻璃的Raman散射光谱显示:这种玻璃的网络局域结构发生了变化。Er3+周围局域晶体场的不均匀分布引起了荧光带宽和发射截面带宽的略微增大。

Abstract:

The fluorescence properties of Er3+-doped germanatetellurite glass excited on a laser diode at a wavelength of (980 nm) were investigated. The result indicates that after Bi_2O3 is substituted for PbO, the largest absorption cross section and emission section of the glass is invariable, but the fluorescence band width at 1.53 μm broadens slightly. Raman scattering spectra of the glass demonstrate that the local structure of glass network is changed . The bandwidths of fluorescence and emission cross section increase slightly due to the non-uniform distribution of the local crystal field around Er3+ .
