本文采用实用工艺参量制备试样,探讨了钢化玻璃强度与氧化锡涂膜的关系,得出随膜层厚度的增加,强度呈拋物线型变化的结论。借助扫描电镜、能谱仪和红外光谱等测试手段,对膜层表面的几何结构、锡离子扩散和玻璃的结构状态进行了观察和分析,进而讨论了涂膜钢化玻璃强度变化机制。
Abstract:The relationship between the strength of tempered glasses and tin oxide coating has been studied using samples prepared by adopting technological parameters. It is found that the strength of the tempered glass varies parabolically with the increasing of the thickness,The geometrical structure of the surface coating layer, the diffusion of tin ions and the structure of the glass with coating were observed and analyzed using SEM, EDA and IRS. The mechanism of strength variation of tempered glasses with coating was discussed.
