欢快型砂水泥具有常温下凝结硬化快,高温下残留强度低,凝结时间可在一定范围内用缓凝剂调节等特性,所以是一种粘结铸造用砂的新型无机粘结剂。我们已试产了近万吨这种水泥,并在铸造行业上推广使用。通过X射线、岩相、热失重、化学分析等方法的研究,认为由于在硅酸盐水泥熟料中引进了新矿物C11A7.CaF2,它和掺入的硬石膏在水泥本身提供的碱度下,可立即形成含有大量结晶水的硫铅酸钙水化产物(主要是高硫型,也有低硫型),这是产生上述特性的主要原因。
Abstract:The quick setting and rapid hardening sand-cast cement is a new type of excellentinorganic binder for foundry molding sand. It is characterized by the quick setting andrapid hardening under normal temperature, the low remaining compressive strength underhigh temperature and capable of regulating setting time by retarders in certain limits. Ithas been produced near ten thousand tons and it is devised to put on extensive use foriron foundries in our country. In the course of investigation of the clinker mineral components and hydration produ-cts, the XRD analysis, microscope examination, weight loss by heating and chemical an-alysis have been used. It is considered that their properties depend mainly on the intro-duction of the new mineral component C11A7·CaF2 into portland cement clinker, the newcomponent reacting with anhydrite produces calcium sulfoaluminate hydrates with a largequantity of crystalline water rapidly (mainly high sulfate form and minorly low sulfateform) under the condition of suitable basicity from cement itself.
