摘要:

用有限元法对不同厚度玻璃板夹层玻璃在长期、短期静力和爆炸冲击荷载作用下的变形进行了模拟计算,结果表明:荷载作用类型、持续时间、支承方式和内外层玻璃板厚度是影响夹层玻璃整体变形的主要因素。夹层玻璃在爆炸冲击荷载作用下的挠度比静力荷载作用下的大。框支承玻璃的抗爆性能好于点支承玻璃。对现行规范夹层玻璃等效厚度的计算公式进行了补充,提出了适用于不同支承条件、静力和动力荷载作用的夹层玻璃等效厚度计算的统一公式。

Abstract:

The finite element model was used to simulate the deflection behavior of laminated glass with different thicknesses of the glass ply that was subjected to short-term, long-term static and explosive impact load. The results show that the main factors that af-fect the deflection properties of laminated glass are load type, duration, support condition and thickness of the glass ply; the stiff-ness of laminated glass under explosive impact load is better than that under static loads. Deflection of frame-supported glass is better than that of point-supported glass; a uniform formula for calculating the equivalent thickness of laminated glasses was sug-gested.
