借助于透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析对水淬高炉矿渣的显微结构作了研究。可以发现,在不同样品中出现了液-液不混溶现象。富钙玻璃相从结构上估计是属于逆性玻璃。按照CaO-MgO-Al_2O3-Si2 系统相图,对于炉渣的活性可从为是由于玻璃状产物中存在着与α'-C_2S、C_3S、C_3A,以及CA 等晶相所具有的类似的结构基因,因而,水淬高炉矿渣不仅在水硬性方面,而且在对耐火材料的侵蚀性方面都可能呈现出较高的活性。文章最后从晶体化学观点作了理论上的探讨。
Abstract:Microstructure of quenched blast furnace slag is studied by TEM and X-ray diffractionanalysis in the paper.It is found that liquid immiscible phenomenon between liquids existsin different samples.CaO enriched glass phase is estimated as invert glass from its structure. According to the phase diagram of CaO-MgO-Al_2O3-SiO2 system,it is suggested thatactivity of slag is due to the structural groups similar to the corresponding crystallinephases,such as,a'-C_2S,C_3S,C_3A, CA, etc.,existing in the glassy product,thus, slags or simi-lar quenched melts probably exhibit higher activity not only in hydraulic properties butalso in erosion to refractory.Finally, preliminary theoretical study has been made from theveiw point of crystal chemistry.
