制得了具有双包层结构的掺Nd3 + 和Yb3 + 单模磷酸盐玻璃光纤 .用中心波长为 80 0nm的半导体激光器作钕光纤的光泵源 ,在室温下获得了波长为 1.0 5 3μm ,输出功率为 8.36mW的连续激光输出 ;用 930nm的钛宝石激光泵浦掺镱光纤 ,也获得了 1.0 6 7μm的激光 .研究了Nd3 + ,Yb3 + 和Er3 + 离子掺杂四磷酸盐玻璃和氟化物玻璃的发光性能与浓度的关系 ,以及Yb3 + /Er3 + 双掺杂玻璃的发光性能 .得到了掺钕四磷酸盐玻璃、Yb3 + /Er3 + 双掺四磷酸盐玻璃和掺铒氟铝酸盐玻璃等几种在微片激光器有应用前景的材料
Abstract:In this work, double_clad, single_mode Nd 3+ _doped and Yb 3+ _doped phosphate glass fibers were prepared. CW laser at 1.053 μm with output power of 8.36 mW was obtained at room temperature by using a 800 nm LD as a pumping source of Nd 3+ _doped fiber. CW laser at 1.067 μm was also observed at room temperature by using Ti-sapphire laser at 930 nm as a pumping source of Yb 3+ _doped fiber. The fluorescence properties as a function of concentration of rare earth ions were investigated in some Nd 3+ _, Yb 3+ _and Er 3+ _doped, as well as Yb 3+ /Er 3+ _codoped phosphate and fluoroaluminate glasses system. It is found that some rare_earth doped glasses, such as Nd 3+ _doped tetraphosphate glass, Yb 3+ /Er 3+ _codoped tetraphosphate glass and fluoroaluminate glass are the promising materials for microchip laser.
