以高纯Al2O3(>99.9%)粉末为原料,采用无压烧结工艺制备了透明性良好的Al2O3透明陶瓷,并测定其体积密度和透过率。用体视学方法推导论证得到三维参数,即:表面积密度、总自由程以及体积密度和透明陶瓷透过率的关系,并和实际测得的透过率进行比较。实验结果表明:体视学方法预测的透过率和实际测得的透过率很好地一致。因此,将体视学方法用于透明陶瓷显微结构的分析是可行的。
Abstract:Optical transparent polycrystalline Al_2O3 ceramics were fabricated by the conventional solid-state pressureless sintering processing using high purity powder of Al_2O3 (>99.9%, in mass). Bulk densities and transmissions of ceramics were measured. The stereology method was adopted to deduce the relationship between the transmission of the transparent ceramics and three dimensions parameters, such as surface density, total free distance and bulk density. Compared with the measured transmission, the results indicate that the transmission predicted by the stereology agreed well with the measured transmission, so it was feasible to use stereology to analyze the microstructure of transparent ceramics.
