本文阐明了C_2F-C_gA_2F固溶体系列中四种代表矿物(C_2F、C_6AF2、C_6AF和C_6A_2F)的鉴定特征及形成机理。在比基础上,研究了铁铝酸盐水泥熟料中铁相的组成和形成过程。结果表明,其铁相组成接近C_6AF2;铁相的形成是铝离子不断进入C_2F晶格的结果,铁相的最终组成取决于生料的Al/Fe原子量比及烧成温度。
Abstract:In this paper, identification characteristics and formation mechanism of four minerals(C_2F?C?AF2, C_4AF and C_2A_2F) in the C_2F-C_6A_2F solid solution series are presented. Based on this study, composition and the formation process of ferrite phase in the ferroaluminate cement are studied. Experimental results show that the composition of the ferrite phase is close to C_6AF2, which results from the introduction of Al3+ into C_2F crystal Iattice continuously and the final composition of ferrite phase depends on the sintering temperature and the Al/Fe (atomic weight) ratio of the raw materials.
